You can send photos and any info wanted on the candle via conversations on Etsy or email it to veronica.jimenez77@yahoo.com
How does this ordering process work?
Simply make your purchase and add personalization as needed, then send me the photo and any other important details like the date you need the order by, via Etsy message or email and I will get to work right away! I'll send you a screenshot of my computer screen showing you the layout if requested and you can make any changes at that time. Once approved I create your personalized candle it ships out to you the next business day!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the material of the product, I do not offer special gift wrapping, I focus on packaging to ensure the candle gets to you undamaged.

I ordered both the large personalized memorial candle and the mini funeral favor candles, and they were absolutely perfect. Everlasting Candle did a beautiful job and shipped everything quickly, just in time for all the services—the vigil, the Mass, and the burial. It was a single purchase that served multiple meaningful purposes during such memorable moments. While the mini candles were distributed to loved ones, I kept the larger one for myself, and now it sits on my mantle.
